Square Enix Collective returns with a Vaultbreakers publishing partnership
BetaDwarf’s action RPG anchors the label’s return. The publishing agreement follows Square Enix’s earlier investment in the Copenhagen developer.
The relaunched division describes its remit as funding, investment and publishing support for independent developers. It is also inviting pitches from studios of different sizes, with creative control presented as a guiding principle. These are the company’s stated ambitions, not a published standard contract. Vaultbreakers has a public demo, while the full game remains a future release rather than a completed launch.
