UK Games Fund is accepting expressions of interest for grants up to £100,000

Registered UK companies can seek support for prototype and content work that adds direct value to a game project. Successful teams must be ready to start within four weeks of a formal offer.

Eligible applicants must be UK-based companies registered with Companies House for at least ten weeks. The funded portion can cover UK employees and UK-based contractors working on production roles such as programming, art, production, voiceover or writing; marketing, business development, legal work and testing are not covered.

The application requires a tailored pitch video of no more than two minutes showing the team, the game, its audience and route to market. Funded work must be completed by March 31, 2027, and the programme advises applicants to demonstrate the project rather than submit a generic trailer or talking-head presentation.
