Godot is accepting projects for its 2026 showreel until October 1

Developers can submit video from published or in-progress Godot games, apps and tools for a chance to appear in the engine's annual community showcase.

The Godot Engine team is accepting entries for its 2026 showreel until October 1. Published and in-progress games, applications and tools made with Godot are eligible to submit video material through the official showreel site. The annual video is designed to demonstrate the range of work being built with the engine, so the opportunity is primarily visibility rather than funding. Applicants should review the linked submission guidelines before uploading assets and make sure their footage clearly shows the project rather than relying on a long introduction. After submissions close, voting is scheduled to run from October 2 through October 16. Members of the Godot Development Fund with an active recurring donation can vote alongside project maintainers. This is a useful low-cost opportunity for teams that already have visually presentable footage and want engine-community exposure. It is not a general showcase for projects made in other engines. Deadline information was checked on September 22, 2026; applicants should confirm the official page before submitting in case the organizers amend the schedule.
