Roblox Jumpstart remains open on a rolling basis for small teams exploring the platform and working toward their first novel Roblox game. The continuous program is intended both for developers who are new to Roblox and for experienced creators testing a different kind of project. Selected teams receive access to Roblox subject-matter experts and support for on-platform and off-platform user acquisition. Roblox says it is especially interested in games that expand the platform through genre, mechanics or visual style. RPGs, strategy games and shooters are named as underrepresented areas with demand from older players, alongside unexpected genre combinations and projects that use Roblox avatars, social systems and cross-platform support in distinctive ways. This is different from the six-month Incubator, which targets experienced teams with stronger prototypes and works through milestone-based cohorts. Applicants should confirm which track fits their stage before applying. The opportunity has no published closing date because Jumpstart pitches are reviewed continuously.
