Spill Games is building casual and hybrid-casual mobile titles. The financing is intended to support production, user acquisition and development tools as the company expands. A valuation was not disclosed in the report. The round is a concrete addition to the mobile studio funding market, but the planned uses of capital should be treated as management’s intentions rather than completed hiring or guaranteed commercial results.
