Azra’s Mark Otero describes device-specific design for UnGodly’s mobile RPG launch

Azra built for Android from the start and also supports older Apple devices. The CEO says interface, controls and performance must feel native on each screen.

Mark Otero tells PocketGamer.biz that UnGodly’s console-style mobile RPG ambition predates its appearance in Apple’s hardware showcase. The Unity game uses real-time combat without autoplay or idle modes.

His October 27 interview puts development of this class of game above $50 million; that is a cost estimate, not a newly announced funding round. He presents foldable-screen support as one part of a broader optimisation effort rather than the whole audience strategy.

Global release is planned for November 11 across the main mobile stores and other platforms, with additional Android stores in December. Those are announced plans, not evidence of launch performance.
